The Commission has amended its fees for various transactions and services. Effective October 1st, fees have increased for filing complaints and petitions, filing agreements, records search under FOIA, and other services. Fees have been lowered for revising clerical errors on service contracts and NVOCC service arrangements, services to passenger vessel operators, and FOIA review. Some fees have been deleted and a fee for expedited review of agreement filings has been added.

A list of the fees can be found on the Commission’s website. Fees can be paid electronically through the Commission’s website or by check.
