Non-Compliant NVOCCs

The following NVOCCs are currently licensed or registered with the Commission, but have not published a tariff, contrary to 46 C.F.R. §520.3(a). These NVOCCs are not in compliance with Commission regulations and are at risk of the Commission taking steps to revoke the license or terminate the registration of these NVOCCs.
