Notice to Cruise Passengers Royal Caribbean International’s EXPLORER OF THE SEAS

Royal Caribbean International (RCI)’s 10-day EXPLORER OF THE SEAS cruise will return to port in New Jersey on January 29, 2014, two days before its scheduled return, missing scheduled port calls in Labadee, Haiti and Philipsburg, St. Maarten.

RCI has released a statement with information on refunds and reimbursements for passengers affected by this cruise.

FMC Services Offered

Although the Commission does not have jurisdiction over such matters as cruise satisfaction, billing issues, itinerary changes, and other disputes arising between cruise operators and their customers, Consumer Affairs & Dispute Resolution Services (CADRS) staff can contact a cruise line on your behalf and facilitate a discussion of the issue. Requests for assistance from CADRS for a cruise line problem should be made in writing.
