French America Line Cruise Cancellations

Posted

Passengers with cancelled cruises on French America Line should have received refunds via credit card, travel insurance, or check from the Key Bank / French America Line escrow account. The Key Bank escrow account was established by French America Line as required by the Federal Maritime Commission’s (FMC) Passenger Vessel Program in order to protect passengers in the event of nonperformance of a scheduled cruise.

Please take note that payments made for airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, etc. are not covered under the FMC’s Passenger Vessel Program and were not reimbursed from the escrow account.
