FMC Applications and Databases Restored

Please be advised that the Federal Maritime Commission’s HQs building is experiencing unscheduled technical outages. Outages began after approximately 12:00 pm EDT today. The outages are impacting public access to:

SERVCON,
Form FMC-18 (online OTI license application),
The OTI List,
The Agreement library, and
Pay.gov services

This outage is also affecting our telephone service and email communications. If you sent email to the FMC during the outage, it was received. However, we will be delayed in responding to you until this technical outage is resolved.

UPDATE 6-4-2015: 

The FMC is continuing to experience intermittent network connectivity issues. If you are unable to access or file through any of the following sites:

SERVCON,
Form FMC-18 (online OTI license application),
The OTI List,
The Agreement library, and
Pay.gov services,

Please try again in a few minutes. This alert will be updated when connectivity is restored.
