FMC Votes to Implement National Shipper Advisory Committee

Shippers interested in providing their expertise to the Federal Maritime Commission will soon be able to apply to serve on the agency’s new National Shipper Advisory Committee.

Commission Publishes Update of its Official Case Law Reporter

The Federal Maritime Commission has published on its website an update to Decisions of the Federal Maritime Commission, Second Series (Volume 2).  This publication provides a compendium of Initial and Final Decisions of the Commission and selected other orders that may be significant or establish legal precedent.

Commission Meeting Scheduled for May 19, 2021

The Commission announced it would hold a public meeting to discuss the implementation of the National Shipper Advisory Committee and to receive a briefing on options to update and publish Commission organizational information and delegations of authority.
